Shipping policy

  • We are located in Chicago, IL and ship using USPS & UPS. All domestic orders will ship via the shipping method you choose during checkout within 2-8 days of your order -- you will also receive tracking info via email.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for missing or lost packages. We will always provide a tracking number on domestic packages. We are unable to provide tracking for international packages.
  • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • All items ship from the USA.
