SHIPPING

We are located in Chicago, IL and ship using USPS. All domestic orders ship via regular USPS mail within 2-5 days of your order -- you will also receive tracking info via email. If you would prefer priority shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order via info@lillabarn.com. There will be an added cost for priority shipping. 

We cannot accept responsibility for missing or lost packages. We will always provide a tracking number on domestic packages. We are unable to provide tracking for international packages.  

RETURN POLICY

Since we are a small batch, handmade business, we can offer exchanges or store credit within 60 days of purchase. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All goods must be unworn and unwashed upon return and with all original packaging and tags. Once goods are returned to us they will be inspected for wear and washing and then an exchange will be made less the cost of shipping.

Most of our items are made in very small batches so an exchange for the same item may not always be possible. Items that are custom made upon request cannot be returned. 

If you prefer to exchange your item for store credit, you will receive a credit in the amount of the most recent sale price. 

If the garment is no longer available online, we cannot offer an exchange or return.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All items are made in and ship from the USA.
