As I mentioned before, this print was inspired by a family trip to Switzerland.
Flashback: growing up my mom always took our family to art museums.
I didn't love it as a kid but am soooooo grateful as an adult.
She instilled in me that art has value.

Fast forward to our trip to Switzerland...in addition to all the mountains we saw, we also saw a lot of art. Highlights included Zentrum Paul Klee, Kunsthaus Zurich, and Kronenhalle.
I took a lot of pics knowing I wanted to work with Earth Cadets on a new print. And yes, I asked the kids to pick out pieces that they liked, and then asked them to explain why.
One of my favorite places to experience art was Kronenhalle, a restaurant and bar that also functioned as a gallery. Yes, that is Nick and me sitting so close to art that I could rest my head on the frame...which I certainly did NOT do.
